Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested 5 business days prior to the course. To action a cancellation, please to go 'My Registrations' and select cancel.

Registrants will not be able to cancel the course past the cancellation cut off date. Special considerations may be granted subject to the instructor's discretion. Registrants are asked to send the instructor an email notification.

The delegate may be able to transfer to another available course (subject to availability and eligibility). For transfers, please notify the instructor by email.
